A feature of MyPhotoClub is the ability to add an alternate email address so that your personal email address is not displayed where the general public can see it.
Adding an alternate address is done on the Membership page. If you see the pencil icon you have access to do this. To remove the address simply delete it and save.


Having a set of generic email addresses is a good strategy for your main position holders. This allows correspondence to be maintained as an archive and easily transferred when the role changes occur. The simplest method is to use a free email service and construct a name to suit your club/comp name and role. e.g treasurer.wyeephotoclub@gmail.com.
